Hi friend, I’m Deb.

 

My passion is finding answers. My joy is helping you heal.

In 2009, two traumatic injuries led to the beginning of my chronic illness journey with Lyme disease and mold biotoxin illness. 

 

Constant headaches, joint pain, and gut issues filled my days. My brain fog made it so hard to function – that even my family was afraid for my future. 

 

With each new week came a visit to a new traditional doctor. But every visit made my hope to find answers grow smaller.

 

I talked to God and asked Him to steer me in a different direction. I needed Him to show me my strength. And He answered my prayer.

 

In 2015 I turned to alternative medicine and holistic healing to find the root cause of my symptoms. 

 

I sought out local naturopaths, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. I even ventured to clinics in Mexico and Utah to get more answers. 

 

I was excited to learn. And with each long list of questions, my knowledge of *getting to the root* of my symptoms became second nature. 

 

In 2018, the owners of a local wellness spa recognized my passion and knowledge for healing others naturally. They asked if I’d want to rent space from them at their facility – and I eagerly said “YES!”

  • Do I need to do anything before my cocoon fitness pod session?
    We recommend that you drink plenty of water before your appointment. Try not to have any big meals before you use the cocoon fitness pod. But if you do, don’t panic – just be aware for next time.
  • What do I wear for my cocoon fitness pod session?
    Like our red light therapy sessions, *less is best*! You can wear your bathing suit, athletic clothing, underwear, or be completely naked – it’s totally up to you. Keep in mind that you’ll be sweating after your session, so loose-fitting clothing works best.
  • How long before I start seeing results with the cocoon fitness pod?
    This depends on each person and what they’re using for. Most clients feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after their first session. For more specific or chronic conditions, some notice changes right away. For others, the cocoon fitness pod can take up to 3 – 8 sessions to notice improvements.
  • I have a medical condition, can I still use the cocoon fitness pod?
    The cocoon fitness pod can be used for most conditions. If you have specific concerns, ailments, or diagnoses, be sure to mention them to us before your appointment.
  • Should I shower after my cocoon fitness pod session?
    We recommend waiting 1 – 2 hours before showering after your cocoon fitness pod session. By showering directly after your session, you risk the chance of shutting down your detox pathways. The goal is to keep your pores open, so you can gain maximum results.
  • Do I have full control over the temperature and settings?
    Yes! You have full control over the temperature and settings. Set it for a pre– or post-workout session, while the pod uses a combination of heat, vibration, and aromatherapy. Adjust the temperature to low or medium heat, depending on what your goals are (relax and rejuvenate, muscle soothing, lymphatic drainage and detox, burn calories, etc.)
  • What should I expect during a cocoon fitness pod session?
    You’ll be lying face-up with your head outside the pod. You can open or close the pod at any time during your session. At the end of your session, push the pod lid up, and slowly sit up while you re-acclimate yourself for 1 – 2 minutes before standing.
  • Are there any side effects from using infrared red light therapy?
    You shouldn’t experience any side effects when using red light therapy. If you do, you might have skin irritation, headaches, or redness. But they disappear on their own shortly after use, and they’re generally signs of a “die-off” reaction (your body is detoxing).
  • Is the infrared red light therapy bed safe?
    Yes, the infrared red light therapy bed is a safe modality to detox and heal your body. It’s non-invasive, non-toxic, and doesn’t use ultraviolet (UV) like the sun emits, or tanning booths. It’s also important to note that consulting your doctor before you decide to use the infrared red light therapy bed is recommended.
  • Why are infrared red light therapy sessions only 20 minutes long?
    We allow 20-minute increments for each red light therapy session because your cells can only produce so much ATP (or absorb so much light) at once. Beyond 20 minutes of use, evidence shows that the impact can be negative. Usually, 10-20 minutes of exposure is enough time for your wavelengths to penetrate the tissue (for your cells to absorb and heal).
  • Can you use the infrared red light therapy bed every day?
    It’s totally up to you! Clients with chronic pain or chronic conditions use our infrared red light therapy bed 3-6 times per week.
  • What should I expect during an infrared red light therapy session?
    During a red light therapy session, clients usually remove their clothes so they can soak up the maximum amount of light (but you can wear your underwear if it’s more comfortable). You’ll feel a mild warmth on every part of your body, which will confirm the lights are penetrating and healing your cells.
  • How often should I use the infrared red light therapy bed to see benefits?
    Most clients benefit from 2 – 3 sessions per week.
  • Does bioresonance therapy have any side effects?
    Studies show that there are no negative side effects that come with bioresonance therapy.
  • Can bioresonance therapy replace conventional medicine?
    No, it cannot replace conventional medicine. Bioresonance therapy is often used alongside Western medicine practices. You should always consult a doctor before making any impactful decisions that could affect your health.
  • Does bioresonance therapy help everyone with all disorders?
    Because bioresonance therapy is able to locate dysregulation and deficiencies in over 40 major organs, it has the potential to help most disorders, conditions, and ailments. But, it should never be considered the only method of testing and treatment in your health care.
